By accessing or using our website (https://northsideplaytherapy.com.au) and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. General Information

Northside Counselling & Play Therapy is based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We distribute TheraTapper products, which are devices manufactured in the USA and are designed to support mental health professionals and their clients. Our products are intended for use by qualified practitioners and are not a substitute for professional medical advice or treatment.

  1. Use of the Website

By using our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account information.
  • Use the website in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

  1. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our website are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by Northside Play Therapy is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

  1. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated. Payment must be made at the time of purchase through our secure payment gateway.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

We offer $12 flat rate shipping within Australia per order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers. Shipping costs will be added at checkout and are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

  1. Returns and Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law regarding returns and refunds. If a product is faulty, not as described, or does not perform as intended, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund. To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, including all packaging and accessories.

  1. Warranty

TheraTapper products come with a one year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Most TheraTapper™ problems can be diagnosed and fixed over the phone. If you suspect your unit needs a warranty repair, you must contact us for a return authorization number.

TheraTappers have a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee:  If you’re not completely satisfied with your new TheraTapper you may return it within 30 days for a product refund minus a $20 restocking fee.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Northside Counselling & Play Therapy or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Northside Counselling & Play Therapy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our products or website shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.
